Dear simon 101,

We confirm this bug and will include it in next release of teline iv. At the mean time you can have a quick fix by
deleting

<block name="topmegamenu" type="topmega"></block>
from the layout file.

You can do it in template admin, navigate to Admin > templates manager > teline iv > layout tab > edit default layout, then modify the default layout and save.
