everytime i add a new menu option it is not displaying as a drop down in the menu… is this a bug or have i not selected something

i’m using the ja portfolio template and i’m not able to edit the very top menu (main drop down menu on the top). whenever i create a new link it won’t show up on the menu.
i also tried to edit the excisting ones but no changes appear on the frontend!

I was having dificulty when using firefox but when i started altering my site using IE browser I stopped having wierd problems.

February 14, 2011 at 10:52 pm #376703when i switch from firefox to IE my menu item shows up but if i try to add a second one it’s not showing up again!! i can’t use 51578175878 different browsers or clear my cache every 5 seconds! apart the fact that users would only see changes to the site if they’d clean their caches all the time too. something’s definately not working probably here and i’m already fed up that i even paid for this…it should be working but it isn’t and obviously i’m not the only having this problem, so why don’t they fix this issue?

You can try to disable cache mode on the template back-end >> Global tab ,If that still not help you can give me your admin account via the ticket KOD-736-26884 then I will have further checking for you.
