Hello,
I am having suddenly issues with my JA social site. All the menus links to component open a blank page.
I tried disabling htaccess and sef to no avail. I also tried disabling some plugins without success.

May 6, 2013 at 2:49 pm #492015Hello,
Thanks for writing…
The menus actually don’t work. For example, if you click on Community or simply
click on this http://statisticslab.com/index.php/community it should launch
the Jomsocial registration component.
If you also click on the menu Questions and answers,
http://statisticslab.com/index.php/discussionsit should show that component..
What it showing are other modules published on that page.
Some of the errors are:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/mysite/public_html/components/com_community/templates/ja_social/frontpage.guests.php on line 25
output started at /home/mysite/public_html/components/com_easydiscuss/router.php:305) in /home/statist/public_html/plugins/system/jat3/jat3/core/parameter.php on line 107

May 7, 2013 at 1:57 am #492040Did it work with default Joomla template? Try to switch default template to another standard Joomla template so that we can know the problem comes from these 3rd party extensions or JA Social template specific.

May 7, 2013 at 5:08 am #492066Hello,
Partially solved. I found that if I set “Hide main content block” in the template to “No” the problems disappears, however, I am left with a module header with the text…..”Welcome to……..”

May 8, 2013 at 3:23 am #492172Hi dcasmr,
You can try this way:
– In template manager > Profile tab > create a new profile or clone the default profile
– Set to “Hide main content block”
– Assign this new profile to home menu item only.
Clean JAT3 cache once done.
Regards
