1. Are you sure the folder ja_villadi/images/header is present in your site?
2. If yes, are the folder permission set to 755? if no set them to 755 and try again.
3. You moved your site? installed quickstart?
very strange is this that you have posted this question in Ja Antares forum, when it seems by the error that it belongs to Ja Villadi template. Which template is set to default in your template manager?
I have installed a joomla flash module, as well as the mod_ja_header that came with the tempalte (JA Antares)
These are the messages that I receive, rather than the flash images that should appear:

….. permission on file mod_ja_header are at 755. I tried to change them to 777, but it returned with a message saying that I could not do this.
Please help with this problem.
