I checked your site and the page that giving error . Your site have alot of 3rd party extension and those are published on JA University template because the default Joomla template does not using these extension you are not getting any error .
I set the error report to max and i got these error coming from the 3rd party extension , might be they are not ready for Latest Joomla .
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare sendMail() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/tis.edu.sa/tis_new_website/administrator/components/com_rsappt_pro3/sendmail_pro2.php:552) in /var/www/vhosts/tis.edu.sa/tis_new_website/components/com_contushdvideoshare/chanHelper.php on line 383

Try to disable these extension and check the page . Also i suggest you to contact to the extensions support team for these error .

Dear Pankaj Sharma,
Thank you for your support. Please be noted that the problem has been fixed after contacting both extensions’ authors but I now have a css issue. Please check the link below.

The front desk ABPro works fine with the Joomla default template (Picture is attached) but with JA University template it does not.

Kindly Add below code in custom.css file to solve this css issue
.com_rsappt_pro3 #sv_apptpro_front_desk select, textarea, input[type="text"] {display:inline-block}
Let me know if there is any other css issue is creating problem .
