Hi …

I have following Problem/question …

I want to update my template/Profiles:

I want to disable or set to default the Layout Settings for

Handheld
Iphone
Android

devices.

But its not possible for me!

Maybe someone can help me!

What do you mean “it is not possible for [you]” ??

From the image you posted, it looks like you have already set those layout settings to “disable”

I can set it to “Disabled” … but I can not save these settings!!!

I just went in (with the info you provided) and set them to “Disabled” – and saved.
It appears to have taken on my end . . . check your site administration as well.

You may need to clear both your JAT3 cache and browser cache – and then refresh
