March 18, 2016 at 1:19 am #901561Hi there,
when I view my site on Ipad/tablet horizontally, the mobile menu icon appears next to the logo above the main menu. How do I remove this icon ? I do not want to have both menus on. Otherwise can I just switch off the main menu (mega menu) and just use the mobile menu icon (off canvas) instead?
It works fine with phone both horizontal and vertical as well as Ipad/tablet vertical. Only mobile menu icon appears.
I am using left content layout and I have tried to set the off canvas position into none for responsive, but it did not work.

March 24, 2016 at 8:05 am #904187Hi,
I just realized that when I choose the layout into Default, all the Off-Canvas position are none. So it doesn’t show anything on the mobile view (blank). How do I activate this position ? Just like the Features-Intro one.
Thanks.

March 24, 2016 at 8:09 am #904188Hi
Open the default template style (the template style that has default layout ) > Layout tab > Responsive layout > Extra small Tab > Click on eye icon if off canvas position is disabled (if its Red).
Also Make sure you enabled the Off-canvas sidebar from template options and off canvas menu module is published on the page . -
