Again, I dearly hope this is a quick and easy fix that I am simply missing somewhere.
1) My first question. On the link Artists, I am trying to load an image. The image is 700 pixels wide and I have it with code set to be 600 pixels wide, however, when it loads, the image is ALWAYS going to the top left corner and is considerably smaller than I would like it. Everything looks find on the article page as I am editing it, however when it transitions over to the live page, it feels like it loses all of my code. Is there something in place that is causing this?
Any suggestions?
Thanks so much for your help! I sincerely appreciate it!

June 13, 2014 at 3:54 am #538780Hi
Here is how I can see in the artist page: http://prntscr.com/3sawk7
Could you send me the URL of page where problem can be seen and screenshot illustrate how the image should be?

You have the right page. However, I am trying to make the image much larger and center it toward the page. I’ve included a screenshot of the page in editor mode as well as the html code that goes with it. The image uploaded is 700 pixels wide. I have it set to be 600 in the code (not that I want it at 600 but just trying to make it larger than it’s appearing) but no matter what I do, the image ALWAYS appears like you see it on the artists page.
Thanks for your help!!

June 17, 2014 at 5:01 am #539160The problem comes from the JA Thumbnail plugin, this is a content plugin which helps to resize image in article to a specific size. And by default, it’s applied automatically to all articles, if you want to show original size of that image, please go to backend settings of this plugin, we have detail instruction there.
Remember to clean JAT3 cache then.
