Kindly increase the PHP values on your server , increase below values :
max execution time (300)
memory limits : 256M or 512M
After changes , download the fresh package and install it on fresh Directory and Database with help of documentation .

I have 300 (time) and 256 (memory) but It doesn’t work… (I can’t change server to bring it to 512).
Is there something else to try?

when I checked your site last time it was working while the only issue was you haven’t installed the simple data on your site this was the reason why was not like the demo that resulting the 404 .
Can you provide me the temporary super user details of the sites so I can take a look and let you know about the cause of issue

But you forget to install sample data in the 3rd step of installation . You have to install sample data to get the site like in the demo .
Both the site does not have all the sample date .
Kindly provide me with the asked details above , so I can help u to install the package .

I used utf8_general_ci database collation for the db tables
