Hi Guys just tried to install uber on on new domain and it fails when i try and do the installer. After putting in all the databse details I get this.

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home1/vivaasia/public_html/jakartalifestyleawards/administrator/components/com_admin/sql/updates/mysql/

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please make sure you turned off Error Reporting in your server and try again.

Hi Adam,

Not sure how to do that as I cannot get to the admin side of the site as it has not finished the quick start yet because of the error is there another way to access it?

Hi Jim,

You can connect to your site via FTP, open file configuration.php and make sure the error reporting is off as below :

public $error_reporting = 'none';

If it doesn’t fix the problem, please provide a temporary FTP account and your database username / password via private reply so I can check it for you.

1. Your database name

2. Your database username

3. Your database password

The database name and password were in the PM i sent you. the database username I forgot to put in sorry.

It is the same as the database name.
