The account is fine but I got this error message “421 Home directory not available” which means that this FTP account is configured to use a home directory which does not exist, please recheck.

Thats strange as I get this error which is still the same as the original one I sent before:

I mean the FTP account didn’t work as you haven’t assigned permission to access any folder in your site yet. Please make sure you can connect to your site with that FTP account because it didn’t work at my end.

Hi @origomedia,

Look like there’s a problem while uploading files to your server, I tried again and it works fine now. The admin account is the same as your database account, please check and confirm your status.
