    Hello 🙂

    I am having trouble installing the quickstart packages of this template.

    I have tried using both jatc_mendozite_j32 and jatc_mendozite_j25.

    On a newly created cPane account, I have uploaded the extracted the quickstart zip files and also created database credentials.

    However, whenever I visit the URL, instead of standard Joomla installation screen, I see the following errors:

    Joomla 2.5:

    Warning: require_once(/home/sitesac/public_html/libraries/import.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sitesac/public_html/installation/index.php on line 58

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/sitesac/public_html/libraries/import.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/sitesac/public_html/installation/index.php on line 58

    Joomla 3.2:

    Warning: require_once(/home/sitesac/public_html/3/libraries/import.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/sitesac/public_html/3/installation/application/framework.php on line 37

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/sitesac/public_html/3/libraries/import.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/sitesac/public_html/3/installation/application/framework.php on line 37

    Please note that I have tried using a separate shared hosting provider as well, and get the same errors.

    The shared hosting providers I use are very popular, with a standard Linux / cPanel infrastructure used by tens of millions of users.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi ismsites,

    Thank you for sharing your issue on installing a JA Mendozite quickstarts. There is a popular method of installing a JA template quickstart that we always suggest the JA members to do is extracting and installing the quickstart on localhost using a cross-platform web server stack package (i.e Xampp). Then move the installation files and related database to remote server.

    By that way, the template quickstart will be installed successfully. I also get the success when I downloaded and installed both JA Mendozite J2.5 and J3.2 on my end.
