I have a big problem with a site and the modules arent loading properly

Please help me

I was playing around the resources menu and I changed the defualt joomla link to a new external link and then the problem started. I thought its a problem with sh404 and disabled it and then it had 2 HOmes on the top One going to nowhere and one leading to http://www.share-economy.org/home.html

And I found out it was in the magazine menu and I disabled that and now this is the state..

Any help would be really appreciable
