Dear JA team..

I have problem with my images description for JA Slideshow. I already put the desired Description Max Length value, but when i see on frontpage. The slideshow description doesnt show the description as stated on Description Max Length paramater. I already clear my cache and cookines. but no changes. (see images attached)

Please try by clearing JA T3 cache and check again. If you can’t sort it out please let me know and i will be more than happy to help you.

Thanks for replying Pascm.

I already cleaned T3 cache and Browsers cache. But nothing changes.

Hi,

Can you please provide a link to your site, it’s almost impossible for us to understand the problem without been able to see the problem.
Also if you please disable CSS and JS optimization from template settings.
