I’m having a problem with the navigation part of this module, specifically on the JA_Social template on Joomla. 2.5.4
The module is set to the default position, but the navigation turns up right at the bottom of the page. There’s also an issue with other text displaying to the right of the module, interfering with the adjacent facebook module. I’ve tried a number of different display options, which each produce different problems.
The link is http:http://www.elearningexcellence.net/bignorthumberland if anyone wants to have a look. Any advice greatly appreciated.

April 17, 2012 at 2:02 am #448644What position are you wanting it to appear in please.
April 17, 2012 at 8:04 am #448698hi. I want the module to appear at content-mass-top, and the end result to have a similar end result as the live demo of the template on this site.
Strangely, if I enter ?tp=1 at the URL, the navigation elements snap back to where they should sit, within the module position.

April 20, 2012 at 9:17 am #449261Thanks for taking the time, but I’m still really confused over this. I downloaded firebug and had a good look but couldn’t find anything that matched the dimensions you’ve given above. Is it the top ja-wrapper div, the ja-slide-main-wrap or a different one altogether that I need to be looking at? Would uninstalling and reinstalling the module help?
I’m new to editing joomlart templates, T3 and blocks, so a point to the right place(s) I need to edit would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

See image below. No doubt it’s a quick one to solve.

May 8, 2012 at 3:01 am #451940Hi Sicic,
Though your membership will be expired soon, you can always try out new templates before then, meanwhile, give us a chance to look at your site and figure things out for you.
I bet you have put sometimes in this website, and if just walk away like that somehow still urges you a little inside.
Hope we can help!

LinhMay 13, 2012 at 1:48 pm #452855Alas, I’ve run out of time. Disappointed, because I quite like Joomlart templates, but in this case my client has decided to wait no longer for support look at other options.
