I activated the plugin (System – Upgrade Mootools), started a small picture at the top of the template.

As shown in the image below:

I am using only the basic plugins joomla.

By switching to another template the problem disappears

Note: the problem only occurs on article pages of joomla.

it ‘s issue from the Joomla Tooltip has some wrong in css when enabled the plugin.
the issue only appear when you accessed the front end with a account having the Editor level.

You can add the following code into the template.css file to resolve the issue

.tip-wrap {
display: none;
}
