My problem is when i try to upload the modified logo via ftp to the folder images it appears the message “Upload fail” and nothing happens. When i change the rights for this folder to write the rights change automatically to read only. Any idea for what is happen?

There must be an issue with permissions on your host. I suggest you either contact your website host or use an extension such as joomlaxplorer

It really would solve so many problems reported if everyone used JoomlaXplorer. It just makes doing things so much easier. 😎
