Hi!

I use JA Teline II and XCloner to backup site. When I restore the website in the Sandbox I can reach backend but in frontend I get an error:

Warning: require_once(../helper.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in …/public_html/templates/ja_teline_ii/html/com_content/category/blog.php on line 8

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../helper.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php’) in …/public_html/templates/ja_teline_ii/html/com_content/category/blog.php on line 8

When changing template in backend (from JA Teline II) error disappears.

I contacted support for XCloner and they suggested contact with template developer.

Please help!

What happens if you switch to a different template in the back end?

If your site was working before you backed up and the restore is not working then it suggests that there is something wrong with the backup, maybe some corruption.
