I can´t see the options of template manager, megamenu and postion layout, and this sections don´t be good in the front. Megamenu doesn´t work.

Could you let me know steps to reproduce the issue? I wonder if you did change or customise on your site?

Those info will help me to understand the issue better, I will try to debug and help you out then.
