Hello,
when I use theme magic and change font size and grid width it shows the preview correctly, but nothing happens on the front end. I read a lot of threads, tried all of the themes, increased the memory limit, but the problem still exists.

I bought my membership for 3 websites about a month ago, because I liked the fact that the themes are easily customizable. I was able to customize no one through the admin panel.

Have you tried clearing your cache – both browser and jat3?

Yes! Somehow it worked when development mode was turned on, but the site loaded very slowly. When I turned dev mode off, the changes disappeared.
