Hi guys,
Thanks again for this amazing template. I’m using it with Joomla 1.5.9 and few other extensions.
My problem actually is that my submenus are going behind the “search” position which I have used for the CB login. I’ve tested with IE7 (it doesn’t work) and Firefox (it works).
Do you have an idea on what I could change to change this? I’ve tried to remove the transparency but it’s exactly the same problem with a full color.
Thanks a lot in advance for your assistance.
Here’s a picture to illustrate my issue.

February 16, 2009 at 2:17 am #291676Can you provide a live URL so we can diagnose it properly?
In the interim…
Try adding the following line below highlighted in RED:
In ja.cssmenu.css (line 121)
#ja-cssmenu li ul li {
background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-bottom:1px solid #202020;
border-right:medium none;
z-index:999;
}John.

For info I have attached the css ja-login to the module cb login which is positionned in the search position of ja-trona. I’ve tried your z-index code in the menu css but it seems not to work. The issue is only happening with the input forms.
Thanks again in advance for your assistance,

February 16, 2009 at 5:19 am #291698Hey…perhaps you didn’t clear your cache before looking?
I’ve looked at the page in IE7, IE8, Firefox and Chrome…and everything seems fine…the dropdown goes OVER the input boxes.
Let me know.
John.February 16, 2009 at 9:47 am #291739Hey,
I’ve just checked few minutes ago in my job office IE7 and have exactly the same problem… It only works with firefox, opera, etc… The problem is that the major part of my visitors use IE6-IE7.
Can you explain me a little bit what is the z-index in css for, how does this works? It’s probably something that I should check as I’m applying a special css “ja-login” to this input forms….
Thanks again for your support.
