    I have available update in Extension manager, but when I click to update I get following error, please see attachment.

    What is going on? Thanks

    Hello
    All JA Extension and template can be updated through the JA Extension manager component .
    You need to install it add user/pass in Service manager Area of JA Ext. manager and update template/plugin .

    1. Service Name: *
    2. Service URL: *

    and one more thing
    AUTHENTICATION (user name and pass) is for my Joomla installation?

    You need to add your JA Account username and password .
    Also select Joomlart update when u updating the template .

    Dear sir you need to go for update now .
    click on template in right hand side then go to PurityIII . After it select JA Update and update it .
    If you have Still problem to update , Drop me you admin details via Private message i will update it for you .
    Do not forget to take a backup before update.
