I’ve just installed the Quick Installer and there were three extension updates available plus Joomla 3.7.4.

Did the first extension update and Joomla 3.7.4, however, the other two will not update and have conflicting information – see image attachments below.

All JA Extensions are updated only via JA Extension manager component.
Here are the steps to update the extension via JAEM.

You can clear the cache from Joomla update to remove the notifications.
