May 8, 2013 at 5:47 pm #187358Hey!
I am trying to upgrade my site http://www.expa.fi. It uses IRonis template 2.5.2 version currently.
I try to use extensions manager and I downloaded new version 2.5.4 version and it says like this:“Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
Upgrade failure”What this means? Can anyone help me please with this. I can also give the administrator to that someone who can help me.
Best Regards,

May 9, 2013 at 4:18 am #492299Hi Tom,
First of all, backup your site first before proceeding upgrade ( just in case 🙂 )
Then go to backend > components > JA Extension Manager > Services Manager > choose JoomlArt Updates > Edit > enter your joomlart membership account in Authentication part.
Save and try upgrading again.
Regards

For some reason I got “HTTP-virhe 500 (Internal Server Error)”, before the template upgrade. Must be some sort of PHP problem i gues.. but where it comes from :((
Does anyone know why?
–> cannot see my site anymore.. :((addinspiration Friendaddinspiration

May 24, 2013 at 2:20 am #493791It seems that you are using default Joomla update service to update. It’s recommended to use our JA extension manager component to update JA Products.
Sometimes, Joomla still caches the old info and it keeps noticing with update messages, you can get rid of these message with this guide: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/How-to#Known_issues

May 24, 2013 at 2:01 pm #493864Hey,
Actually I am using the extension manager, but was wondering why Joomla still shows those. And for some reason the site don’t show fonts correctly anymore :((

May 25, 2013 at 10:17 am #493941Did you follow steps by steps of above wiki guide? It should work.
For the fonts issue, could you tell me more details of how it should be? some screenshots may help much here.
Regards
