This is issue from server side , kindly rename the htaccess.txt to .htaccess from site root and then check this issue , You can also ask your host to take a look on it and they will change the configurations for you .

Hi, I don’t think it’s hosting. Because we installed demo-site at the same host to http://jasondemo.skoromnov.ru and everything is working correct. There is no htaccess.txt at the root of the site. There is only .htaccess file. I tried backwad .htaccess to taccess.txt, but it didn’t help. I talked to hosting staff and he sad that there is no errors at the host side. Also he sad tha we have three files (en-GB.mod_menu.ini, en-GB.mod_menu.sys.ini, en-GB.com_messages.ini) at: /test1.skoromnov.ru/www/administrator/language/en-GB and that files have text: "New Private Message". I also send FTP-access information to skiet.pankaj@gmail.com .
