All JA Extensions are only updated via JA Extension manager component.
Kindly install it, configure it with your Joomlart account and try to update.
Here is documentation.
If you already using latest version, clear cache from Joomla updates and it the notification will be removed.Regards

1) JA Extension Manager is obviously installed, is included in quickstart package (see screenshot)
2) The credentials are correct (please, see the screenshot)
3) The cache is clearAny solution?

And during installation I have only the starter pack installed and nothing else.
