Hello team.

I’m trying to install VirtueMart 1.1.8 in Ja Anion (Joomla 1.5.23). I’ve obtained an error after installing.
When I install VM all seems normal, but when I try to install the sample data the system shows me an error:

This is after the component installation, everything seems normal:

This is when I try to install the example data:

And then when I go to the VM Manager in the component menu, doesn’t appears its control panel:

I thought that this was a problem with the component but, I’ve installed it in Ja Purity II and works fine. Also installed in other Joomla with other template made by other company and all is ok too.
(These successfully test were made in other servers).

Searching for one solution I’ve changed the component folder permission to 777 before installing VM. Doesn’t work neither.

Can you help me with this problem? :((

Guys, do not fight for answering my post. :laugh:

I’ve solved the problem using the VirtueMart Remote Installer, not the Joomla installer manager. This remote installer is available in the VM website: http://virtuemart.net/downloads
