Hello There, I want to set up the sub-menu items of “Services” at http://www.oncecanada.com -Cleaning & Grounds -Repairs & Handyman -Building Maintenance So that they look like “Cleaning & Grounds.” But I would like that the (3) does not appear on this sub-menu item title. I thought that the (3) appears because there are another two “Cleaning & Grounds” in the system. Nevertheless, I cleaned up all trashed items and still the (3) keeps appearing. I also would like that the pagination appears here as it appear now in the other two sub-menu items. I opened the “Cleaning & Grounds” category in one tap, and the other category in another tap. I replicated all the properties of “Cleaning & Grounds” in the other category, but nothing changes. In “Building Maintenance” I set up it so that the Author info is not showed up, nevertheless still it keeps appearing. I cleaned up the Cache and refreshed the browser every time I made changes. I think that if you can help me to fix this problem I will be able to finish this web site soon. I would appreciate very much your help. Hi @boizan,

Please edit the thread (first post), choose Require Help From Staff + Mod/Admin? then provide your site url (you will need to specify your website there rather than provide it separately) with temporary admin account there so I can check this matter for you.

    Hi @boizan,

    1. About this page, please navigate to backend >>> K2 >>> Categories >>> Cleaning & Grounds >>> on right side bar, choose Category view options >>> in the very first 6 parameters, choose Hide. In addition, there are only 3 articles here so you won’t see the pagination, just add more article and it will appear.

    2. About the author page, please navigate to backend >>> K2 >>> hit the Options button on top right of screen >>> under Layout & view options for user (author) pages >>> choose Hide in 4 first parameters.
