I am trying to upgrade my JA extensions and am using JA Ext Manager as suggested on the forum.

I receive the following message – when trying to upgrade JA news featured

Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
Upgrade failured

Any suggestions

In order to update our JA Extensions properly, you need to configure our JA EM component panel with your registered account. Hope the following documentation would be of help:
