Hi,

Earlier today I encountered a problem with the article editor. The screenshot shows what I got when I chose any article to be editted. None of the button can be clicked, not close, save, save and close nor toggle editor. I can even navigate away from the page unless of I edit the address line to http://www.mbapratama.com/administrator/index.php

I am not what happen. Please kindly help.

Hi
its issue in your Joomla , you can try to clean Joomla and browser cache .
Also go to extension > Manage > Database > FIX if any erorr there .
This issue mostly come after Joomla update .

Thank you for your response.

I have tried clearing joomla expired cache, browser cache and fixing databases errors (under Extension). But none have solved the problem.

I appreciate any other suggestions. Thank you

Hi
I do not know what step u did and this issue comes , if you updated Joomla , then there can be an issue in an update , you can take backup of the site and update Joomla manually again .
Also, post the issue on Joomla forum , so you will get a better answer on this .
