Hello, I have the following issue:

In general cpanel works fine, but in some cases it redirects me to the index page.

Here it is the example:

When I’m at the home page the link which is shown in the status bar of the browser when my cursor is on the “Customize your home page” is :
http://www.mysite.com/index.php# – and respectively the cpanel works fine.
Also when I open for example – contacts page – the link in status bar is the following;

http://www.mysite.com/contacts/myste.html# (I use SEF) and the cpanel works again fine.
But when i open some component which i have installed additionally the link in the status bar when I’m on the “Customize your home page” is: http://www.mysite.com/index.php# and if I click to open the cpanel, its redirects me to the index page.

So any suggestions?

Hi Daniel

I think I’m abit confused at your URL links. I’m clicking on them and they’re taking me to error pages or you might be extremely lucky enough to have purchased mysite.com and you are running the hosting site.

Is your site up at all?

Hi Anis,

Heh, http://www.mysite.com is just an alias, it’s not the real domain of my site.
I used it just to describe what the issue is.

Another strange thing is that i have a duplicate site with the same template ( for testing ), and there cpanel works fine in all components.

I compared the php files of the two templates and the files of the cpanel module and they appear identical.

So, could someone head me in any direction?
What could cause this problem?
Any ideas?
