RESOLVED After the recent problems experienced with frei chat, the system still not working, in particular:
– If I move an item from a “type of voice” to another, it vanishes and appears as deleted in the Admin dashboard.
– Creating new forums and assigning them to the “types of voice”, they do not appear in the window to insert new items, therefore you can not create new item.
– in the creation of new items, there is a single forum, although there are others correctly allocated (in the voice, “problem” are not indicated forums)
Should I publish the site next week, but I can not use this component. I also remember that I removed the component frei chat Ticket ID: RAA-901676 —– RESOLVED —–

Please see my answers as below:

1. If I move an item from a “type of voice” to another, it vanishes and appears as deleted in the Admin dashboard.
>> If you move an item from “type 1” to “type 2” in box “Overall Statistics” of admin dashboard: Total of ‘Type 1’ will be decreased and “type 2” ‘s will be increased. This is working as designed. No issue found here

>> It seems that you do not select POST PERMISSION , VIEW PERMISSION * correctly
