September 11, 2017 at 1:21 am #1061348Hi
The metadata in Joomla is coming from the system > Global configurations > meta data.
And if you added it for each menu it will be from Menu > Main menu > Home > Meta data.
Same for other menu items.
You can change it with new meta data. While on Google search result it will take some time to re-index the data again. You can contact Google webmaster to Re-index the new data.
Regards
September 11, 2017 at 12:20 pm #1061423HI, yes I know this but Google Indexing wrong still. Please see the screenshots I added earlier. I can confirm this is also happening on another Purity III site I have. Do you mind having a look please?

September 12, 2017 at 12:35 pm #1061629Hi
on Google search result it will take some time to re-index the data again. You can contact Google webmaster to Re-index the new data.
It can not be controlled from template.Regards
September 12, 2017 at 2:07 pm #1061637I know this already. I have already done this for months now, the index does not change. Any other ideas? I have several websites and they are fine. It is only the Purity Templates that have this meta description issue in Google…..

September 13, 2017 at 12:35 am #1061674Hi Again
You can contact Google webmaster to Re-index the new data.
There is nothing to do with template as the metadata is from the easy social components and same is showing on your site.Regards
