March 21, 2017 at 9:51 am #1020479Hi,
As I remember, JEvents requires its own plugin for file/image: JEvents – File and Image uploads for Event Descriptions, did you install it?
March 22, 2017 at 2:04 am #1020723Hi
Yes, i configure de image upload plugin (see de image attachement) as your documentation. And the image does not appear in the description (see de image attachement)
Another problem… We are working with the template, ja_events_ii – Features Intro – Blue, and the JEvents, as you say in documentation, only works with ja_events_ii – Default. How i put all the pages, Including the Jevents page on the ja_events_ii – Features Intro – Blue?
You have permission to see may website to check up:

I solved de problem of the JEvents. It was de plugin JEvents – File and Image uploads for Event Descriptions only works with a old version… With version jevfiles34_3.7.11 doens´t work.. For security reasons you may see this.
But we have another big problem with this template…
If you see the template demo in your or our website, it makes a horizontal scroll bar in the bottom (see the attachement)
Can you solve this…
Best regards

March 27, 2017 at 6:48 am #1022042Hi Luis Pereira,
I try to open demo site in different PC but can’t see that scroll bar in the bottom: http://ja-events-ii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/
Could you try to clean browser’s cache and check again?
April 3, 2017 at 12:52 am #1024046Hi there
This problem is solved to.
But now, we another problem… This one big
If you see this template in resolution 1366 x 768 or other than 1600 x 900, the template creates two vertical gray bars in the side zones (see the attachement). Is this normal?
Please analise this in boths resolutions
1600 x 900 – we see the template normal in the entire screen
1366 x 768 – gray bars in the side zones
Other resolution – the same problem…Can you fix it ?
Best regards

April 3, 2017 at 10:21 am #1024245Hi Luís Pereira,
It’s weird, I tried with different PCs and browsers but can’t see that bar at the bottom of page.

The gray column bars are in both sides (vertical) please see the attachement
The template don´t have a responsive behavior.

1600 x 900 – we see the template normal in the entire screen
1366 x 768 – gray bars in the side zones
Other resolution – the same problem…Luis

April 4, 2017 at 7:25 am #1024455Hi Luis,
Did you try with another PC with different browsers?
And kindly check with our demo site link here: http://ja-events-ii.demo.joomlart.com/index.php/en/

What i am trying to tell you, is that the template, looses the full mode in low resolutions.
When we open in resolutions above 1600 x 900 px, the website models, became fixed, with a gray padding on both margins, like you can see in the attachement.

April 9, 2017 at 2:49 pm #1025314Hi Luís Pereira,
I think I got your point but the template will not show in full width. For each screen resolution, template has container with specific width defined: http://prntscr.com/eubcg1
You can use Inspect Element and see the same.
