With regard to your mega menu display issue – in looking at the image you provided – it looks as though the particular component you are using for your directory function might be calling upon a different color theme and menu structure (for some reason) . . . hence the display issue.
Might you be able to provide the url to your site, as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General Settings . . . so we can take a look and see if we can figure out the issue?

Aww crud . . . my “day job” company computer won’t allow me to view “entertainment” sites – IT has their content blocker on. If someone else doesn’t step in before I get home to my personal PC (in about 8 hrs from now), I will come back to this and see what I can see.
Sorry about that …. Wish I could figure out how to bypass the company firewall block, but I can’t.
