For some reason I have squares next to each item in the menu.(screen) How can I get rid of those?

Also I need help posting menu to the bottom of page.

For the squares you can turn the off, go to modules>site modules>main menu and look at the picture below.
For moving the,which menu do you wanna more there? The one on top or the one on left?
