You missed to include into the tag your text it should be in this way

I corrected it and now they are showing correctly .

I need a user and password?

Yes you should add into Service manager your Joomlart account and set that service as the default service

Ja extension Manager support only updates for Joomlart Extensions you cannot use it for other Joomla projects, for that extensions you should use the default Joomla extension manager.
