Open the menu link that is pointing to the blog page and on the right in Parameters you can set number of columns

I know what the problem is.

On frontpage articles are laid out like this

Article1 — Article 2
Article 3— Article 4
Article 5 — Article 6

On section blog layout they are done like this…

Article 1 — Article 4
Article 2 — Article 5
Article 3 — Article 6

Because you have 10 set as intros you would need at least 6 articles before one would display on 2nd column.

Go to Parameters (advanced) and set as ‘Across’ instead of ‘Down’

change from ‘Down’ to ‘Across’ like in the picture above and it will work the way you want.
