    I paid the fee using paypal, I have also sent the details to customer support email

    The problem happen when we have special characters in your Name (Jürgen Reinhard) and our automate system can not recognize and failed to send you the email. This bugs has been fixed and your login information has been resolved via email. thank you for your patience

    I have similar problem – I can’t pay via PayPal for membership in joomlart.com.
    Waiting answer from admins.
    I think, we have ploblem with different names on PayPal account and holder of credit card (In PayPal – english name, in credit card – russian name).
    Please, help me anybody, what’s wrong?

    p.s. PayPal error: We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now

    Hello,

    I have checked our payment system and all is fine on our end. We still receive money from Paypal from other clients.

    Pls double check your Paypal account again and feel free to ping me back if you need any further help.
