I need to know if I can fix this.

When trying to open a gallery in a K2 item, the box pops up too low, meaning I have to scroll down just to see it.

On my windows computer this is what this looks like:

On my windows computer I can’t even scroll down to see the whole thing, all I can see is the x and the top of the display box.

On my Mac this is how it shows up:

But at least on my mac I can scroll down.

I need to know if I can regulate the position of the popup so it stays within the to of the item display and not the bottom like it likes to do.

Hi febtonline,

JA Lens does not support show the inner popup because the popup is an iframe with full height.
You should consider remove those popup or redirect user to full article page.

Otherwise, you need to add some customize for the inner popup to show the content on top of JA Lens popup window.
