When the different images is getting resized in Teline II, the Permissions of them get
set to Read Mode:

Owner only.

Not to
OwnerGroupOthers

So the resized images show as a red X. Original images shows OK.

Any one knows where I can change that?

Hello Menalto,
Yes I did and had forgoten this post.
It was not related to Teline it had to do with the permisions set by the server.
If you like I could post the whole procedure (if I remember it)
