    Hi,

    Im just wondering is anybody else having problems with trying to get support. I am having problems with assigning templates and its been passed to the devs, but they seem to take an age to do anything.

    Maybe they are at full stretch with so many joomla updates, but I firmly believe they need to make sure that the products they put out are right first and foremost.

    I do see that our Support Team Member, Troy, has communicated with you within your Support Ticket (referenced above) and has advised you that the issue is a strange one and has, in fact, submitted the issue to our JA Developers for a more in-depth investigation and, hopefully, solution for you. We apologize that this process may take a bit extra time …. but I have just followed up and have been assured that the Devs will be pressed to expedite their review and response.

    We appreciate you patience as we work with you to try to arrive at a resolution to your issue.
