Hello,
I have some problems with the read more buttons on my website (see the attached image).
The text on the button should be “Lees meer” (that’s Dutch for read more). But also the article’s title is placed on the buttons. How do I fix this?
The problem occurs when whowing a category in category-blog-layout.
Best regards, jelger

September 26, 2008 at 3:41 am #272386well that tag comes from the config xml because is a part of html tag you can found it in administrator/components/com_content/config.xml and look for the following lines
<param name="show_readmore" type="radio" default="1" label="Read More Link" description="TIPIFSETTOSHOWREADMORELINK">

September 26, 2008 at 3:47 am #272388Can you give us your live URL?
September 26, 2008 at 6:51 am #272405Hello,
The url is http://www.jv-webdesign.nl.
You have to go to “Diensten” and then to “Ondersteuning” (the fourth subitem of the menu).
Thanks, Jelger

September 26, 2008 at 7:25 am #272419Hello Shertmann,
Yes, I have seen that post. And I have found the lines you mentioned too. But what do I have to do with these lines?
And maybe more important, why is this happening?
Thanks, Jelger

September 26, 2008 at 7:48 am #272422well let me ask you something do you insert any data in the aplication yet?
have you make any modification to the code?
that will be useful to know beacuse is weird that the label overflow the button areaSeptember 26, 2008 at 8:05 am #272426Hi,
I did not make any modification to the original source code. Not even an update from J1.5.x to 1.5.7, for example. From the very beginning, the template is installed on J1.5.7.
In my opinion, it’s not so much the label that overflows, but the alias title of the concerning article. And I really don’t understand why the alias title is used.
Best regards, Jelger

I appreciate your help and patience!
