Hello team! Since the beginning of conflicts between Joomlart and joomla 3.7.x updates, I can not solve the problem with the UBER template and disappearance of the image flaps and links in the article manager. I have been doing this for a long time and I need help, I have several sites made with this template and it is really uncomfortable to work like this. Can you help me?

    Hi,

You can try to switch default template to a standard template of Joomla like Beez / Protostar and see how it goes. If it shows properly, then there is problem with our template. In case the problem still persists, then there is something wrong from core of Joomla which you just upgraded.

Dear Saguaros, this is not a problem of joomla, but of the update of the Template Ja Uber. I have tested the joomla 3.7.5 update in another joomlart template, (Ja Company) and it worked correctly.
I have also consulted the joomla forum and find no solution to something that they are not responsible for.
Looking at the download site of Joomlart, I noticed that one of the templates that has not had any type of update is just "Ja Uber" (May 17, 2017), against a large number of templates that have as an update date on August 18 2017.
I have lost a lot of time trying to solve this, I have several sites with Ja Uber in the same situation. Some of them are still in joomla 3.6.5, and I need to update them.
Can you help me solve this?

    Hi Sergio,

The problem seems come from the ISIS template – administrator template of Joomla. I’ve tried to set default template for administrator to Hathor template and it shows all tabs in article view:

    http://prntscr.com/gjmuuh

    http://prntscr.com/gjmv5k

This doesn’t relate to the Uber template – it’s site template for frontend.

Thanks for replying Saguaros, at some point I will be able to use the ISIS administration template again? in other joomlart templates have no problems except in Ja UBER.
Can you see why UBER does not work and solve it?

    Hi Sergio,

What you mean by ‘UBER does not work’?

Again, this issue relates to ISIS template – admin template of Joomla, it doesn’t relate to Uber template. This may happen due to the Joomla upgrade on your site. You can try to post the same topic into Joomla forum, there maybe same topic there.

Saguaros, I have not seen this problem with other joomlart templates, only in Ja Uber, the logic tells me that the problem is in the relationship between ISIS and Ja Uber. I have not seen it after updating in templates of other companies. I think you have to verify the operation of the ISIS administration template with the Ja Uber template. I hope you have not offended by pointing out the problem on this specific topic. I hope update news for if I can use this administration template with Ja Uber.

    Hi Sergio,

I understand your point. But there is no relationship between ISIS and Uber template – one for administrator template and one for frond-end site template. You can install any other templates into current site > set it as default template and see the same issue.

    Regards
