Hi,

I have modified virtuemart configuration as pre document, enabled checkout. Still product details page doesnot look like demo. Could you please suggest which configuration needs to be modified for this.

It seems that in configuration part of Virtuemart, you are not selecting option to use Virtuemart CSS.

Try going to admin panel of your site > Virtuemart > Configuration > Templates (tab) and select to Use the Virtuemart CSS, see below screenshot.
