August 1, 2013 at 6:15 pm #189417Hi there,
The images in the product detail page are not popping up for some reason, please take a look at my picture below
As you can see the images are not popping up when you click on the thumbnail and instead they overlay the description which makes it look really ugly.
How can I make it so when I click the thumbnails it shows as popup?

August 4, 2013 at 1:39 am #501173Hi gringo211985,
I saw the VM product’s images could be displayed in popup view on your website. Do you still need our help on this concern ?

Hi Leo,
Try looking at a product and then clicking the thumbnails (not the first) and you will see the problem.
Thanks,

August 5, 2013 at 10:41 am #501290Hi Richard,
By default, the popup view feature will afftect on the product image in the product details page only, not thumbnail images. When you click on thumbnails, the images will appear on the product image box. You will need to click on the new previewed images to show in popup view.

August 5, 2013 at 1:12 pm #501304Ahh I see, that sucks a little bit but I can live with that.
Is there a way to have navigation buttons on the popups? Like JA Slideshow from JA Kranos or something. I’m sure the popups used to have navigation on them

You will need to customize the popup image layout of Virtuemart component to get your requirement, backup your files & try to follow this guide at http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102249.0
