I’m setting up JA Bookshop on XAMPP on a Mac (10.9.5) with Mijoshop. I tried to set up the menus as shown in the documentation (mijoshop > popular, etc.) but it causes a blank page to render. When I switch to articles, the pages render. I have the home page and blog as articles but the Book/Jewelry/Pamphlets, etc. menus that are tied to Mijoshop don’t render at all. I’m new to this so I’m probably doing something wrong but I don’t know what. Any help you can give would be appreciated. The site isn’t on a publicly accessible server at this point.

Hi @sjbostian,

If you’d already installed Mijoshop extension and the product from Mijoshop doesn’t show, pls try to switch default template – JA Bookshop at this moment – to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar / Beez and see how it goes:

• If the problem still persists – no product displays – then there is something wrong with Mijoshop

• In case that it displays fine, then the problem comes from template. At this point, you go to Backend > Sites > Global Configuration > Server and turn on Error Reporting to Maximum , then refresh product page on the frontend, it will show if there is any error there and tell me what it is.
