I am both JA and JM Developer Club Member. When I tried to submit ticket to the helpdesk system regarding my JM templates, I found that there is no selection in the dropdown menu of the Product Type box for JM products, but all for JA products. Therefore I have to put “I dont know…” there as you can see in my tickets (Ticket ID: UCQ-958921). I would highly suggest to refill the dropdown menu with JM products so we can choose the correct product type accordingly, rather than inputting “I don’t know…”. Thank you!
