Profile layout selection does not work always displays handheld layout even when I change it to the default layout desktop, it does display on the bottom of the site to use desktop layout. How do I change so that even handhelds default to desltop.?

Hi richardkl,

Please make sure that after assign desktop layout to Handheld device in layout settings section, you clean JAT3 cache in top right corner in backend site.
