I’ve tried everything and read everything I can find on the forums, but just cannot get the profile override to work on the template. All the profiles/ themes are in, although they’re not visible on the Themes tab.

On the Global tab, under Profile Override Settings, if I select a menu item/ component/ page, I don’t have the option to select which profile goes with it. The option is just not clickable. (See anion_profile.jpg)

On the Profiles tab, all profiles are visible and under Theme Settings, I have aranged the profiles/ themes in the order that I want them, yet, they are not affecting the site. It still loads the default. (See anion_profile2.jpg)

On the Themes tab, under Core Themes, there are no themes listed. I have tried, and can load themes locally, but that’s it. I can do nothing with them once loaded, as the other 2 features (above) do not work. (See anion_themes.jpg)

I would really, really appreciate some assistance with this.
